Katherine + Ken | A DC Wedding at the Meridian House
Katherine + Ken's wedding was the perfect way to start off our 2011 season! Their celebration took place at the beautiful Meridian House in DC. They incorporated so many lovely elements into their day, from Katherine's incredible gown from Hitched, to the vintage Bentley that transported them to the ceremony, to the dessert bar filled with meringue kisses, chocolate and pumpkin moon pies, baked alaskan brownie sticks, and hot chocolate...everything was spectacular! Details aside, the love that these two share was apparent. The way Ken made his bride laugh, the special way they held hands, their sweet glances at each other...there were so many moments like these throughout the day. We loved documenting every second.
Maria and Kelly from Ritzy Bee Events coordinated the day (and they were AMAZING, as always); Design Cuisine provided the delicious food and incredible dessert bar; Philippa Tarrant created the lovely florals; Simplesong Design created all of the stunning printed goods; and DJ D-Mac provided the music and kept everyone on the dance floor.
